Job Profile:
   
 
  1. To establish MBA / BBA program under guidance from Executive Director, SIEWF at Chamarajpet.
  2. Be the Admin and Academic head of Management program.
  3. To run the above program.
  4. To be in charge of HR, Accounts, Academics and other Departments at the institute.
  5. To recruit required teaching and non teaching staff to run the institute.
  6. Liaise with Universities / Institutes to run Distance Learning Program.
  7. Conduct job fairs for students & help in job placements.
  8. Assist Executive Director in Overseas affiliations with Management Institutes.
  9. Curriculum – Assist in making curriculum for both MBA and BBA Programs.
  10. Industrial visit & interviews: Arranging industrial visits and campus interviews for the students.
  11. Projects: Identify projects, corporates and assist in running the same.
  12. To work under the Governing Council & be ready to perform tasks assigned towards making the Management Program a success.
  13. To help in placement of students and appointing summer faculty for MBA in China.
  14. Should be able to teach one subject in capacity of HOD of that subject.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OVERSEAS RESIDENT COORDINATOR (CHINA)

   
 

1.DORMITORY AND ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT

   
 

Checking the dormitory at 8 am and again at 10.p.m

Assist the teachers to take attendance in the class.

Pinpoint habitual absentees, counsel them and solve their problem.

To have a check on students who are regularly staying out of the dorm at 10 .P.M.

Send the attendance report daily and weekly

To ensure that all the students stay in the dorms and do not take rooms outside or stay in someone’s house without intimation.

   
 
   
  Assisting students to obtain healthcare services when necessary

Checking the dorms for cleanliness.

In case of sudden illness of any student/ teacher you need to take them to the hospital and get treated

   
 

Arranging sports, Cultural functions , Education and general tours

Improving friendly feeling among the students.

   
 

Reception at Airport of Students/Guardians/ Officials of SOLC.

Arranging stay and accommodation in guest houses with the help of    College authorities as per the applicable    charges.

Arranging sight seeing / meeting with college authorities.

Assisting ticketing, seeing off at the airport

   
 

5. MAINTAINANCE OF ACCOUNTS

   
 

Keeping record of tuition fee/ hostel fee payment of individual students to the college

Obtain reimbursement from the college for teachers airfare / any other reimbursement

Assist teachers to receive salaries and other claims

Submit, receive and arrange transfer of all claims of SOLC from the college.

Occasionally arrange payment of money to students on instruction from SOLC Head Quarter.

   
 

6. REPORTING

   
 

Daily Report

Weekly attendance report with special mention of extreme and habitual absentees

Monthly report

Semester report

Report of events / any accidents / illness / hospitalization

Report of Examination dates and other activity calendar

Reporting authority is Dean – Medical Education or as advised by him
